Button up with fluttered bell sleeves

This shirt takes it up a notch! My bff is wearing the same design in a M and I’m wearing the shirt I’m selling in a L. She’s 5’5” and I’m 5’10” and we both loved the shirt so much we bought them at the same time! (We live on opposite coasts so it’s not that weird.)
