It’s multi-fabric, the blue part is a lightweight wool blend, and the inside is a medium weight cotton fleece. The skirt goes to above mid thigh, and the pleat in the front shows your legs off, but it is still diacreet. Skirt zips up back, and has hidden side pockets. Fits a size small best.
