nattabee86 @liledeglace Oh my! It is showing (on my end) that it was delivered, days ago. I just assumed that you were not going to leave a review (some don’t). I can’t do anything on my end. Hit the Poshmark support button (might be listed as Contact Us) & leave them a message. I’ve used it before, & they got back with me very quickly. I’d do it for you, but they will want to hear directly from the customer. I’m so sorry! I used the mailing label sent to me by Poshmark. That’s how they do it.

Poshmark took care of the financial part for both me & the seller, but I could still only think about how someone else had gotten the shoes I had ordered. 😩 Don’t give up on getting help from support. I’d contact tell tomorrow or maybe Monday at latest.

nattabee86 @liledeglace Hi again. When a package has been lost, Poshmark does not require the seller to send another package. Most sellers like myself only have one of something to sell, so sending a duplicate would be impossible. Poshmark can tell that I mailed the package via the tracking number, so they know I did my part. If you need your funds back, you will have to contact them directly. That’s what I had to do when mine was lost.

nattabee86 @m0thm4n Hi! Poshmark automatically releases payment after three days of delivery. There’s nothing I can do at my end to postpone that. If you want to wait on release, you can hit the support (contact us) button for Poshmark & send them a message. I’m not sure what they do or don’t do on that- I’ve never had it come up. If I could contact them for you, I would, but I’ve tried recently for another customer & they told me to have the customer contact them directly. I hope this helps! 🤷‍♀️😊

At first I was using whatever I had on hand (& sometimes still do that), but I use the priority bags from Post Office, & some mailing bags that I bought off Amazon. I’ve been selling for awhile, so I’ve made mistakes, but I’ve learned a lot too. Thank you for visiting my closet! 😊
