The cut of these is good, if the measurements work. Questions: 1) Would you plrase measure the width of the leg at a point 10" up from the bottom (which is how much I'd have to shorten them, because of my non-standard size)? 2) Is it the waist that's 35" or the outseam? 3) What is the width of the leg, just below the crotch? and 4) What is the hip measurement? Thanks
