ABSOLUTELY STUNNING Find!! Gorgeous fully-beaded sheath gown from the 1980's. Dark green crinkled silk chiffon fabric (very delicate). Lined and fully beaded on the outside with green seed beads, and an intricate gold and silver beaded pattern. Long, slim sleeves. High-leg slit, soooooo sexy. High neckline. Size is a S. Shown on a 4/6 and it is tight. If you are a size 6 hip, it will be too tight on you in the hips. Fits a 2/4 best. Keep in mind that it is very delicate. *measurements in comment

poshthrifter Keep in mind that it is very delicate, so you want a little room for movement and even then, it's probably best not to be like raising your arms all the way over your head (not that you would do that in an evening gown). Please check measurements. Bust: 34" Waist: 27" Hip: 35" *material does not stretch but it does have a little give.

poshthrifter The underarm sleeve seams looked a little threadbare, so I have reinforced them with interfacing to prevent tearing. *see last 2 pictures, one is showing the interfacing on the inside of the sleeves, the other shows from the right side. Not missing any beads that I can tell, certainly not in an obvious place. Actually in very good condition for the age and delicate nature of the fabric. Such an amazing find I could barely believe it! I also have one in red, also in my shop.
