LULU’s High Neck Polka Dot Dress

*NWOT* I saw this dress on The Today Show and had to have it! Unfortunately, I didn’t have an appropriate place to wear it. The deep cuts on the side show just the right amount of skin, just the right amount of side boob.😉 Has pockets and features perfect imperfect polka dots. The only issue (for me) it’s big in the bust and bras don’t really work with this dress! Tried on several times but has never been worn outside my closet!
