BNWT keyhole high neck dress

Silky overlay with slit for flow. Bright and bold colors with tassel belt. Keyhole in the front and back under the high collar. I’ve had this dress for almost a year and I haven’t worn it so it’s just time to let go! I have too many sundresses.
