We kindly ask that you return the order within 2 business days. We reserve the right to reject the return after that time and the label will be deactivated.” So, that shouldn’t count Saturday or Sunday.

kpaulson2323 I was warned by @sestes4 but my lash boost was already on the way. I already was going to compare to my R+F lash boost purchased through a family member who’s an agent. The was used and pretty much seemed to be that she filled it with water. No fragrance and thin viscosity. She called me names after posting comments on her info page. Then left nasty comments on items in my closet.

kpaulson2323 I worked for a private label skin care mfr for years and even if she is filling empty used bottle with water bacteria can grow especially with no preservatives. Bad choice on my part to buy used skin care. I thought maybe this was a demo until I saw that she had many used lash boost listings (after I purchased) that had all noted “used 2 times”.

kpaulson2323 @sestes4 @kristen1053 the number at the very bottom of the tube if you flip it over is the sku, all lash boosts will have the same sku.# always. Just like a Rodan and field reverse toner will have its very own sku# and so on. The number towards the bottom edge of tube that wraps around the outside is a lot# (aka batch #). It wouldn’t be strange is she happened to have a bunch of lash boosts from the same lot #.

kpaulson2323 @sestes4 @kristen1053 The lot#/batch is just like say you made a couple batches of cookies, batch #1, #2, ) I used to work for a private label manufacturer in skin care. Everytime a batch is made a batch#/lot# is assigned and is used for traceability if there may be a recall. It helps the manufacturer identify the date product was made. Also if multiple batches are made in one day it identifies what batch number for that day.

I think barcodes etc are easier for scammers to replicate than the actual product. The smell and the weight/feel of tube are the best tells to me, also price and number of listings for LB on PM

Search “rodan lash” on Poshmark and you will see what I mean. Avoid those sellers and report them. I wish PM had a better way to immediately shut these folks down.

That’s the only way I can be sure because the packaging for fake products looks identical. I mean you really have to study the bottles to flag the fraud. dreamerdaisy this is terrible because i have seen numerous accounts selling lash boost for listing prices of $30 and less (fake) and they sell so many also. i note that theres never any reviews on their accounts either. not sure why posh support doesn't remove those obvious fake sellers
