Hi, what is the fabric content?
Also, what is that brown spot in the last photo? Looks like a stain. There look to be pulls (not intentional) in the fabric on the back, too. Can you confirm condition please?

@lucydots it’s 100% cotton. Yes to very small stain— couple millimeters wide. Shirt is naturally frayed and that’s the look.
