@j_u_l_i_3 In my opnion, this is better💯! Ive worn waist trainers for yearsss & this is by far my favorite. The clips are great only with the ones made of all latex material because it holds you in better..but some people are allergic and the clips can pinch your skin 🙈This new design wraps first then has the outer bands to add the compression! Much easier to adjust ❤

@statickitty Im 5'2-5'3 125 & wearing the M. For this particular style its better to size up rather than be too small since you need to be able to wrap around your stomache prior to the outter adjustment bands. Id say L-XL is fine❤❤
