littlegypsie @reneedee04 Hi, the skirt is fully lined (it's in the description), and not see-through. It's the Top that is not lined. You would only need a white bra under it. In the photo that you see of me- that's the dress that I kept, and I'm not wearing a bra under it- because the ruffles hide enough for me, but I think most would want to wear a bra under it.
