NWT Decree Sheer Black Shirt

Great basic for any wardrobe! Twist on a plain black shirt because it's sheer. Hard to make look good in photographs, but I have one of these and it's so useful -- dressy, businessy, or casual. Sleeves can be worn long or buttoned up to 3/4. Decree NWT. Pit to pit 20" 28" long (Model picture is not the shirt for sale, just an inspiration for how to wear it.)
