ababcock21112@9171_lee thank you for your interest! I wear a 6 or 6.5 in sandals and find myself needing a 7 in boots due to a very high instep. I found these to fit well lengthwise- no tightness around my toes or heel with thin socks but I found them too tight over the top of my foot in this size. Please let me know if I can answer any more questions at all!
