@dashley79 Hello, I added 2 new photos which are the last 2 in listing. I took underarm measurement which is 19", waist area is 18" bottom or hip area is 19 1/2". Best answer to question is yes fitted but not banded bottom. It is wider across hip area to accommodate that area of body but is a fitted garment as stated on manufacturers tag.
