caseyspluss @knightstud3 I bought these for me I definitely don't have a narrow head ( gotta fit that big brain in there) anyhow these aren't particularly narrow but they are not a larger size for men. In other words I believe there's various widths as well as lens size. These would be for someone who likes the look of the smaller lens. Also these would fit some men and not others the only thing I can think to do is give you a measurement
