What is the measurement of the waist across and across the hips? I’m in between sizes and curvy so measurement is very specific. Is there any stretch to it?

@timeagk hi! Laying flat the dress is 13” at the smallest part of the waist and 15” across at the hip. The dress does have stretch to it.
