Sheer button down plaid top with ruffled bib

Sheer button down plaid top with ruffled bib. 100% polyester. Modeled with white tank top underneath. Missing one button at the bottom. I never wore this buttoned to the throat. Top button could be removed and relocated to bottom, or a plain black button could replace. While pulling sash through, to photograph, one belt loop detached. Color is magenta not traditional red.
