Old TIBI! Strapless dress w boning and tropical tiki

This dress is so ALOHA and so good. I think I got it in 1999 at a sample sale in NYC. Those were the days! It has only come on one Hawaiian holiday with me so it is in perfect condition. Zero signs of wear. Because it is strapless the light boning really helps the bodice stay put. The bust is 15.5 inches across. The ruffle at the bottom is cute but it’s short ladies; only 26 inches top to bottom. Can also be worn as a top over long pants.
