rougelips @myssezgreen Hi! You cannot really wear it without the belt, because that’s what holds it in place. It’s like a poncho style but with a belt. If you untie the belt but leave it on, you can wear it, but it just won’t look right in my opinion. I am out of spots for photos on this listing, maxed out.
