Express strapless dress

Cute. Casual and lightweight. I’m having dreams of the warm days... 😍 this is in excellent condition and only worn a handful of times. Measurements taken by laying flat and measuring across: Bust: 32-34” around (I was 36c and it fit just fine) Waist: 27-28” around (elastic so it stretches) Hip: 40-41” around Total length: 27”
