@sthompson1881 hi there! Thank you for the question! The fabric has no stretch. When you tie the waist, at its tightest, it will measure 30”. I’m size small too, my waist is 26-27”, and it fits. It’s not a tight dress, so you mice freely in it. But if you are unsure, I suggest you wait a couple of weeks, I will be getting Small sizes.

So, whenever you counteroffered me the first time, the shipping discount gets cancelled from the on, because Poshmark assumes that by counteroffering, the buyer gets a better deal anyways. And Poshmark gives you a pop-up notification of that right before you click “submit” your counteroffer (which was last night). Sellers have no control over it.
