@becca_giron hi! Any of the sizes will fit a C cup... the difference in sizes would depend on what clothing size you wear.
The manufacturer size chart shows:
S, fits 2-4
M, fits 6-8
L, fits 10-12
All will fit up to a C cup but the band around the underbust is different for each size.

each cup measures 7” across at the bottom where they meet the band. There is a 1/2” I set of mesh between the cup. So from the outside edge of the left cup to the outside edge of the right cup is 14.5”
