rougelips @tam268 Hi dear, thank you for your question! Each brand runs a bit differently. The size chart shows the measurements of the actual dresses. The dress does have some stretch. For example, if the waist measures 27”, it will stretch to 28”. So just take the stretch into account.

rougelips @beautybythesea ok so you will definitely need an S. No doubts ☺️. My measurements vary from yours only by 1” at the waist, and S is perfect on me. The dress is stretchy 👌🏻
