chrbres7 @jollyhead Hi There!You are tiny on the bottom and larger up top.I would say small because there is ample room for the top and an adjustable tie at the neck Check out the real photo of the top in my photos.

chrbres7 @dhnguyen00Hi I am soooo sorry. I misunderstood thought you said you needed a small.I do have the measurements on the medium for you.The top is 34 to 36.The waist is approximately 26.Please keep in mind the side panels are slit all the way up to the waistband and the top is a halter that you can adjust with the tie.Its a very open dress!Please dont hesitate if you have further questions.
