rougelips @ko_ihave1dog The numbers in the chart are the exact measurements of the dress when it's on a flat surface. It is stretchy, so it should stretch out to 38" no problems, if you are talking about Large size. But let me go get it out for you and measure, while I pull on the material, to see how much give exactly it has :) Give me a moment, hun.

gorgeousnyc I'm hesitant about how to get the right size since I'm An XS or S in most (36B 25 34) It's hard when you can't try on elsewhere and can't return.. I appreciate your thoughts and sizing help. Thanks for the chart but I appreciate your insights into the fabric stretch and fit. 😊

rougelips @gorgeousnyc I understand you concern, it can definitely be challenging to shop online. Couple of tips to help with the fitting: when you say you are 36B - the 36 number is your underbust, which is different from your actual BUST measurement. So, you want to take a measuring tape and go over the fullest part of your bust (usually over the nipples, pardon for details). That will be your accurate bust measurement. Do not ever buy clothes using your bra size, it is wrong. And second, (see below)

rougelips @gorgeousnyc And second, to really have a god idea how things will fit - take the numbers given to you in the size chart and compare them to the clothes that you actually have in your closet. Lay out a dress that fits you well and take a measuring tape - compare the chart numbers to your own dress. It is a much more accurate way to know whether the new purchase will fit you or not, rather than trying to compare it to your body. Hope that helps :)
