This shirt is nice and silky, but 100% polyester, so suitable for vegans. Brand: S.K.E Pattern looks like 70’s wallpaper Ruffles on collar & wrists Built-in bow tie. I don’t know if the bottom button is supposed to be like that. It may not be noticeable if you tuck it in your skirt. (Pretty sure I thrifted it like this) measurements laying flat.
