mimisplaces are these spandex or cotton like a tshirt?

pradapurse @mimisplaces I have one myself and it is polyester and spandex but feels like a soft material. Not a spandex feel. I was surprised on the material. It has some stretch. But these are oversized so stretch is not needed. I tie the bottom also for a cute look. I had these at 65.00 before so this is a killer deal.
