NWOT Unique Vintage lace sweetheart tea dress

Strapless navy lace and sweetheart neckline dress. Dress has multiple layers that give it volume. It is lined so the tulle or lace isn't scratchy against skin. Bodice has boning so it helps keep the shape. The material has no give and has zipper closure on back. It has a strappy piece of lace that can be worn down on front or across as a strap. Dress has never been worn, I only tried a few times but I lost weight and couldn't wear it. A bummer because I adore the dress. Sizing fits 16-18. Updated measurements, all approximate. It has a tiny tear on the tulle layer, however it is between the lining and actual dress so it is not noticeable when worn.
