thatvintagemama @mscarlee3 hey carlee!! Okay, SO the top is a very stretchy material most likely polyester. I can get it to stretch from about 17 inches in the bus to 19 inches when I’m pulling the fabric. This skirt is not sheer at all. 🌼✌🏼 Any other questions don’t hesitate to ask
