Fun, feminine hot pink polka dot dress by 1. State. Hits at about the knee (on me—I'm 5'4) and has a fun flare to the skirt. Overall GUC but there's a hand sewn spot by the zipper. It's not noticeable when the dress is zipped.(see photos). The hook for the button at the back of the neck is also broken and would need to be sewn closed (again, see photos). Size 2. morgasiiann @artooteatoo so in the fourth pic is that part of zipper? Is that the part that isn’t noticeable when it’s zipped? Also would it be too big of a hassle to post the measurements? I would really appreciate it!
