Fun, feminine hot pink polka dot dress by 1. State. Hits at about the knee (on me—I'm 5'4) and has a fun flare to the skirt. Overall GUC but there's a hand sewn spot by the zipper. It's not noticeable when the dress is zipped.(see photos). The hook for the button at the back of the neck is also broken and would need to be sewn closed (again, see photos). Size 2. Retail price: ~$130
