Hi Doll, I just lost a ton of weight. I got the L because I wanted a loose and flowy fit. I am a Medium normally. It fits perfectly for either Medium or L. I feel even if you lose 20lbs even, you will still like the medium at the weight and height you are at. You'll be happy with it. I hope that helps a bit. 🌸
