Hello There! My husband is a Firefighter of 45 years & a Type 1 Diabetic. We have been for years trying to find decent diabetic socks. He is a big man,6' tall, 250 lbs. The problem is socks have always been too tight in the calve area. Will your Socks hold up better?

@thegothichen These socks have a lot of stretch in them. I will try to give you a measurement of the max stretch so you can compare that to his calf. And I will measure the hat too.

@thegothichen When I stretch the top of the sock to its max, it was 9" flat.

@thegothichen I also added 2 pictures to the listing for the beanie hats showing the size of the hat. If the sizing does not seem good for what you're looking for, I have another hat that is not listed yet that may work even better. Let me know what you think.

@alpacamycloset thank you! do you have any knee high ones? I'm trying to replace a pair I bought at a farmers market years ago and finally wore through 😭

@awaitingcabinfe I do, but they are not this style. Not specifically for diabetics. I'll share the listing with you. I also have a full website for alpaca products. www.positivelyalpaca.com
