jimmiesmomDo u only have 1 pair?

Mar 01Reply

fe_stepka@jimmiesmom no. If you want to order multiples let me know how many. Poshmark does not allow multiples of the same listing in the same order so I would have to create you a special one.

rebmaycoI have very sensitive ears. Gold is great for me but what is underneath the plating on the posts? Thanks!

Oct 18Reply

fe_stepka@rebmayco I'm not sure what the base metal is, sorry!

najarrodesignsHi, I just received 2 of the same earrings from you. I accepted your private offer for 1 pair of 18k gold oval hoops. How do we handle this? I would like to return I one the earrings to you. Thank you, Liana

Nov 07Reply

fe_stepka@najarrodesigns hi! I would recommend you contact poshmark and see what they can do. I went through the orders for that day and we had 2 orders from you, not sure what happened. if you didn't make the 2 orders maybe they can explain what happened and help 😊

Nov 08Reply

najarrodesignsHi, The double order problem has come from your end. Your original discount offer was sent on Nov 3rd and I accepted. You then sent the same offer again Nov 4th and 2 days ago. The right thing to do would be for me to return the second pair of earrings that I did not accept nor approved to be charged on my credit card. Thank you.

Nov 11Reply

fe_stepka@najarrodesigns that's what I'm trying to tell you, poshmark processes the orders. I can't force an order if you don't purchase it. Unfortunately you have to go through them, my sincere apologies.

Nov 11Reply

najarrodesignsWell they were not helpful at all. Poshmark’s policy is not working for me that’s so now I will not buy clothes. Not worth it.

Nov 11Reply

fe_stepka@najarrodesigns só sorry to hear that! We send offers to all likers often, so it makes sense that you got the offer multiple times. Now you have to accept the offer to purchase it. Other than sending the offer and shipping the item, we have no control over what is purchased so that's why you would have to talk to poshmark. I have no idea how an order would go through twice if you did not accept it twice so sorry. People often purchase multiple items so I had no way to know.

Nov 11Reply

najarrodesignsThis double order doesn’t make sense and this never happened to me before. A buyer accepts one order and it should be one order.

Nov 11Reply

fe_stepka@najarrodesigns unfortunately if you had noticed it sooner and let us know, I could have cancelled the 2nd order. I can't do much after it's shipped and delivered. since the orders came two days apart to be honest I didn't even notice they were for the same person. Sorry again.

roses38If they are Plated do they Tarnish easily?

Feb 29Reply

fe_stepka@roses38 gold doesn't tarnish but in order to protect the plating it is recommended to keep it off water, sweat, lotions and soaps.

staceyb17@fe_stepka Hello. You sent an offer there other day and I thought I accepted but it looks like I may have hit the wrong button. Can you send again please?

Jul 09Reply

fe_stepka@staceyb17 hi Stacey! all products in my boutique have discounted shipping so you can send the same price to me and you will still get the reduced shipping from the original offer 😊 - I can't send the offer back once expired, so you sending me the offer is the only way to do it.
