These bracelets have been worn and are not new. There is a little sign of wear as shown in the pictures. I think you can see it where the pandora bracelets opens and closes the most. Nothing major. No rust or anything like that. It includes the box plus the wipe.

@sarahsbears2 hi Sarah! Sorry for the delay. I measured both and I got the metal bracelet at around 8 inches and the rope bracelet is over 12 inches. You can wrap that bracelet twice around. I have a medium size wrist and they both fit great
