mhallora @rspider thanks for your patience. I added another photo to show the strap wear as best as a photo could capture in good light. The wear is most visible along the top edge of the straps. The purse is otherwise in very good condition. Let me know if you have additional questions. Thx.

I am so sorry about your dish we are devastated we packed it well I just can’t believe that happened the Postal Service has been awful here in San Antonio we’re losing money every day due to damage it’s so upsetting but I’m more upset for you because that was such a great item I can’t believe that it’s all broken!
