Black & gold floral baroque pencil skirt size 6-8

Black and gold floral baroque pencil skirt. Size 6-8 Measurements: Waist : 14 inches Hips: 19.5 inches Length: 23.5 inches For reference: my height is 5' 7" and my hips are 41 inches. Skirt has a very slight stretch to it but is very tight on me. I would not be able to sit down in it. Skirt is not leather (see photo) and is not lined. Gently used with no flaws.
