aviatortwin @1southrnbelle07 I don’t know what else to call them, long strips of the fabric that hangs down on either side, creating a slit. I believe there are 2 on each skirt towards the front, and they are about 4” wide. In the picture of the model walking, you see one blowing in the wind.😉 If you can think of a better name, please tell me:)

1southrnbelle07 @aviatortwin 😂😂😂 I love it! So, if I'm a size 6 how will this fit? I can't imagine that someone that wears a size 16 can also fit the same waistband as someone that's a size 6. I want to purchase, but I'm terrified of "one size fits all" unless it's a scarf. 😂😂😂

aviatortwin @1southrnbelle07 LOL, I actually recommend only to a size 12. I’m a size 4 and it fits me perfectly, the waistband is stretchy, so it can accommodate larger sizes, but still sits perfectly on me. You also just reminded me I need to remeasure the stretch, because I don’t think it can stretch to 40”. That’s what the manufacturer says, but I didn’t think that was accurate when I tried it on. If you want to give me a minute, I can go measure it now. It is super cute!😍

Lol, she is my ‘go to’.💗 Length wise, It would be perfect, I’m 5’4”.😉 I just measured, and I was correct, 40” is definitely not accurate. Stretched all the way out is 34”

aviatortwin @trecna hi Trecia, yes, the waist is elastic. I won’t be home until tomorrow k so I need to double check this, but I’m pretty sure the front of the skirt is flat, similar to yoga pants, and the back is elastic. I’ll let you know for sure though tomorrow by noon.

aviatortwin @trecna Hi Trecia, I was able to check the skirt, the entire waistband is elastic, and it’s also a flat band all the way around. The front of the band looks very similar to yoga pants, how they have that kind of criss cross pattern in the front. Hopefully that makes sense. Let me know if you have any more questions:)

aviatortwin @alohaalex You probably would fit in the XS, but the safer choice would be the One Size. I’m 5’4”, 144 pounds and a size 4 in pants/dress, the XS won’t go past my hips. You are 14 pounds lighter than me, so it may work, but I’m not positive.

adventuristress I I have one just like the white, high-waisted one in the 2nd pic and LOVE it, but I REALLY love 😍 this because of the different, “yoga style” waist band!🤍 So just to confirm that a “OS” will fit me, if there’s no XS left in the color I want: I’m 5’2 103lbs, Size 2 (on average). Even if I need to possibly hem the length (I’m used to that 😂)...you think “one size” should fit? Thanks!🤍🤍

aviatortwin @adventuristress Hi Laura, I just pulled this out to double check it, I feel pretty confident that it will work for you. A standard size 2 waist is typically 25.5”, and this skirt in stretched is appx 23.7”. If it was a little loose on your waist, you could wear it a little bit lower where your hips widen out.

aviatortwin @adventuristress As for the length, it will probably be floor length, but the beauty of this skirt, if you do need to shorten it, you don’t need to hem it. If you have sharp fabric shears snd a steady hand, you could just trim the bottom off a bit, no hemming needed due to the type of fabric. I hope that helps:)💞
