@fayecarrie Hi Fayecarrie! A lot of my stuff runs about 1 size smaller than listed, I do apologize for the inconvenience. I did double check the measurements and updated what I found. The bust includes a bit of elastic in the back but the waist does not and the material is not very stretchy itself. Since this may run a bit small for your measurements, I did try to see if it came in your size but had no luck :(

@fayecarrie As far as the bra question, I did notice there is no support inside so I would maybe try to go strapless or find a cute crossback to match. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions ^.^
