This lovely doll of a skirt is not for the faint of heart! This item is brand new w/tags from Forever 21+. It features a dark/light contrast chevron pattern and has a front zip closure. The material is stretch denim and also has a hidden elastic waistband. The fabric has a nice weight to it and will look amazing with boots and booties of all heights. Its a 3X and should comfortably fit sizes 16-18 and some smaller size 20's who are slimmer in the mid section.
