Side zipper 100% Polyester mid length trumpet Spiegel skirt with black & white polka dots & black lining. Skirt hits below the knees on me, but I am 5'2". Should hit above the knees for those just a little taller. Missing bar from hook & bar closure on side waist, as shown in photos, but a quick and affordable fix. Price reflects this flaw.
