@kinseyann2 My bust/waist/hip is 33/26/38. I gained a little wait so the skirt is actually a little tight on me now. The actual circumference of the skirt waistband measures 23”.

@iiamkenzii 5’4 but I wore the dress with 4 inch heels & the bottom was just above the ground but if you are taller the hem can be let out to make the skirt longer!
