Blue and black lace blouse

This is a very lightweight, blue blouse, with tie for back of the neck and black lace shoulders and sleeves. The lighting makes the blue look darker, but this is definitely a royal blue color. Worn only a few times, and gently washed and hung dry. From the Catherine's store. Size 14/16
