rgibbs28 I’m having difficulty retrieving the shoes I just ordered. I submitted a change of address to the post office and they still delivered it the old addy. Unfortunately, the people are refusing to return my merchandise or respond to the post office manager. I’ve contact Poshmark support and informed them as well. I’m desperate for these shoes because I needed them ASAP! What can we do to fix it?

rgibbs28 @khervey17 it’s very unprofessional to argue with your customers. Reread the messages, I never asked you for a discount. Poshmark does follow-ups and asked how was my purchase. Considering I never received it, i felt it was only right to explain to you what was going on. You volunteered waiving shipping, didn’t follow through, and then charged me more. You took advantage and have the audacity to call me evil. You should not be allowed to sell on this site, you give the site a bad reputation.
