marfwad1 @farmersdghtr22 hi there! I asked a friend of mine who is a 12-14 to try it on. With it zipped- It fit her in the hips, waist and arms. It was tight on her around her chest, and she couldn't zip it up over her boobs. She measures 41" around her chest. She carries her weight above her waist- more top heavy. Does this help?
