Adorable Black Rivet rain jacket, in cotton/poly blend. Decorative double breasted buttons, Off center zipper. You can zip up to various levels. Pockets. Back pleat(still tacked down). Decorative tabs at wrists. Lined. Bit of a peplum flair that fits nicely over clothes. In excellent preowned condition with no visible flaws, except there is no belt. Does it fit a 12-14?

@farmersdghtr22 hi there! I asked a friend of mine who is a 12-14 to try it on. With it zipped- It fit her in the hips, waist and arms. It was tight on her around her chest, and she couldn't zip it up over her boobs. She measures 41" around her chest. She carries her weight above her waist- more top heavy. Does this help?
