lotsoflovexoxo @allisonminmin the lowest point waist area is approx 15” across...now it depends on hips & bust...if smaller bust & 34” hips or under a small...anything over I would do a medium...you want that flowy look not tight look in this...I hope this helped you & thank you for asking..have a wonderful weekend 😘
