Hola everyone! My name is Evan; I love buying and selling on Posh. All listings are either NWT or gently pre-owned. All pre-owned listings, I carefully inspect to ensure article is in great shape. Packed/shipped in polyurethane bags. Note: I do wash all pre-owned clothing with a hypoallergenic soap (7th generation) scentless soap before listing. I can not guarantee that you will not smell the detergent. If you are allergic to soap smell, please pass :) Smoke-FREE & Dog-friendly home (no cats)

nice_matters11 Hi can I just say thank you very much for washing all your garments before selling. I made my 2nd purchase and I had asked the seller if there were any stains on the jacket, she said no that it was in great cond I get it and there were A LOT if stains on the item. I was shocked! I ended up using my young living essential oil thieves cleaner on it and most all came out. Just surprised they would not wash the item and blatantly lie about it. So Thank You for caring about what you sell.

itemx @nice_matters11 I just recently included my care instructions in my “about” page because I have a case open on me because it smells like soap/detergent! lol... I think the buyer realized the item did not fit as they would like. So, they made a completely superficial reason to open a case to return. So as a seller be weary of that! 😊

nice_matters11 @itemx I actually did open a case so that payment wouldn't go through until I had time to soak those stains. I did win that as soon they saw the pics but released payment as soon as I saw most of the stains were out. Didn't want to waist everyone's time and money with return. Wish more people would be respectful and wash all their items. Including shoes. LOL :-)
