Yes that is indeed the prescription, if u have a script u would like to add I can probably add it for u depending on your prescription. I work in a optical office on the weekends.

@lucy8615 is that a for sphere or cylinder ? Do you know you axis measurement? Or if you need an add for near sighted? It would be much easier to have an actual script and I could tell you.
