Really cute Bill Blass essentials stretch jacket 98% cotton 2% spandex it has a very slight stretch to it it’s hard to see but pic with flash shows that the fabric is solid black but iit has a very slight striping effect in it and two front pockets three buttons it it kind of goes in at the waist and then curves out really cute excellent used condition size M
