beach_styles @ciaocrystalj OK laying flat from armpit to armpit with it being tied all the way shut in the front, is about 17, 17 1/2 inches but you will have a little extra room if you want in the center if you were to loosen the tie! I also am not going to measure at the top of the shoulder since they are adjustable, top of the dress before the strap starts is about 28 inches💛💛👍🏻

beach_styles @monkeyminions good morning I also have the matching board shorts💛 tons, and tons of bathing suits you can mix and match top or bottom this also works as a great cover up the straps are totally adjustable that slides through the material so you can tighten or loosen if needed it’s also adjustable in the back so it’s a little hard to give exact measure easily go to about 20 inches or less if needed The elastic waste is 16 inches but can easily stretch to20 🌻☀️🌻
