buyitwhenfound Bookending q&a and roster is wonderful, on large share value groups, sharing then roster and leaving the q&a at the start, allows a quick look through share history distimguishing last two closets shared. One of our favorite things to do.

buyitwhenfound If we are going to get distracted, we don’t want to risk “moving” the q&a or roster, so we’ll share an old roster or old q&a at the end of the first set of shares, and share a different q&a/old roster when we start back up. That way, the current roster is a buffer between closets, and we aren’t moving our bookends by sharing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

erinbwv ....If I can (like for Posh games), I share randomly, or from the bottom, or pick a color or something (Imma always share purple items.). But this weekend I have pretty much shared the top five/three. And for my color events, it really has to work that way for the three colored items, at least (they need to be at the top, and marked, then I COULD allow random sharing. Anyway, thoughts? I want participants to be happy too.

kk711 Bethany, this is wonderful! Somehow you and Gigi seem to have more than 24 hours in your day! And you with a little one, jeez. By no means do I consider myself a super-sharer but I do think I am getting the hang of it now. So it is better for the host if we share Q&A first, then share from final list, then share that same list page when we are done sharing? Each time we come in and out of SG? Is stating time important for the host?

kk711 Continued....sometimes I rearrange my closet each morning so the 13 shares are what I would like shared..each person has different followers so all the items are not going to same people anyway? Also in a larger group, random becomes time consuming. My fav # of shares is minimum 5, (to me not worth the time commitment or closet exposure for less) max 10-15. ( too time consuming for more as usually we are all doing other regular share groups too.

yummyhandful @3bearswear hey there, so when you share the same listing more than once regardless of how long in between, it only shows the last time it was shared in your share history, so sharing any other listing related to the group first or last will OFFICIALLY bookend. Otherwise we only see when you ended the shares but if you are sharing in tons of groups it helps to see a true start and end

What happens is let’s say I share the same 5 listings in 5 different groups. My share history will only show those 5 in my share history meaning it looks like I missed you. This is merely a tip when in toms of groups with others

yummyhandful @kk711 I meant tons of groups. I try to mix it up on top share listings. Typically items in the top 20 are high prioritized items. I share a lot with the same folks in more than 3 groups, I will share based on the frequency I’m sharing (meaning back to back groups) and use my judgment. If I share one group in the morning and the other at night... it’s not really a concern
